What you will do

• Manage client accounts as the key point of contact internally and externally
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Partner with strategy, media, creative, events, and production teams to develop communication projects
• Lead end-to-end project workflow, including timing, scope, budgets, and interactions with finance, admin, and legal
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners or influencers during ideation, production, and delivery
• Manage influencer marketing activities with expertise in creators, formats, trends, and performance metrics
• Contribute to agency growth via pitches, business meetings, and new opportunities

Requirements

• Fluent in both Italian and English
• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, media partnerships, or similar
• Strong understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations, and behaviors
• Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders across live communication, content, creative, production, and talent management
• Consultancy-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic foresight
• Ability to handle multiple projects with varying timelines, priorities, and dynamics
• Proactive, positive, solutions-oriented team player with organization, ownership, and adaptability
