What you will do
- Lead delivery of Prime Video EU direct partner strategies, translating media plans into high-quality digital activation across partners like Spotify, LG, Samsung, Acast, and Hearst.
- Own digital governance across markets, ensuring consistent standards, taxonomy, QA frameworks, and operational excellence.
- Design scalable activation processes and workflows in partnership with Channel Directors and Warsaw activation team.
- Oversee and optimise Warsaw activation model for efficient resource allocation and handovers.
- Provide senior client leadership with data-driven recommendations on annual plans and bespoke strategies.
- Drive commercial performance through media economics, deal structures, and technology investments.
- Champion Agentic AI integration for workflows, automation, and performance governance.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience in digital media activation, implementation, or performance leadership.
- Strong expertise in programmatic, social, video, and direct media partnerships.
- Experience leading multi-market teams and offshore activation hubs.
- Demonstrated experience designing operational processes and driving change.
- Strong commercial understanding of media economics, deal structures, and profitability.
- Confident in client-facing environments influencing senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset translating performance data into strategic direction.
- Experience with large enterprise clients in entertainment, tech, or e-commerce.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with Amazon or Prime Video.
- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting or automation.
- Experience restructuring or scaling activation teams.
- Background in both agency and in-house environments.
