What you will do

  • Own and resolve post-go-live technical requests including configuration updates, data imports, and managed services for timely resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Triage and manage technical escalations with CSMs and Support team.
  • Support customer rollouts of new features and managed package upgrades with Product and Engineering.
  • Translate needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Deliver Salesforce configurations like objects, fields, flows, layouts, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
  • Maintain documentation, track time, and identify improvements in automation and data structure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting in post-go-live SaaS environments.
  • Strong cross-functional communication with CSMs, Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent customer requests.
  • Familiarity with managed package upgrades, flows, dashboards, reports, permission sets.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or regulated industries.
  • DevOps for Salesforce (CI/CD, Git, automated deployments).
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst).
  • Advanced features (Communities, Einstein Analytics, Health Cloud, Government Cloud).
