Enrollment Specialist

TL;DR

Enrollment Specialist (Oncology Care): Engage prospective cancer patients via outbound calls, educate them on hirify.global services, and enroll them into the support program with an accent on building trust through deep listening and empathy. Focus on conducting 80-100 daily calls, documenting member needs, obtaining consents, and escalating urgent issues while meeting productivity and quality goals.

Location: Remote within the lower 48 United States (must be located there due to contractual limitations with accessing PHIs). Shift: 9:00am–5:30pm EST. Private, quiet working environment with reliable high-speed internet required.

Salary: $24.03/hour. Bonus potential: up to $2,500 per quarter.

What you will do

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to eligible prospective members to inform them of services and support options.
• Build trusting relationships through active listening, empathy, and understanding individual needs.
• Explain program benefits to members and caregivers, obtain consents, conduct enrollment surveys, and document preferences.
• Escalate urgent needs, follow policies, procedures, and best practices for communications and documentation.
• Participate in coaching sessions, apply feedback to meet quality and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales roles with skills in building trust, listening deeply, and overcoming objections; or recent college graduate with 1+ years in fast-paced environment (bonus for healthcare, startup, or sales).
• Member-first approach, passionate about helping people with cancer.
• Metrics-focused with ability to hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Effective communicator and listener who builds rapport.
• Comfortable with Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and learning new tech quickly.
• Adaptable to startup changes with growth mindset and feedback-seeking attitude.
• Located in lower 48 US states with private, secure workspace and high-speed internet.
