What you will do

• Own the full execution of service visits for schools within an assigned region.
• Coordinate and schedule visits with internal and third-party technicians as well as school contacts.
• Provide real-time remote technical support and troubleshooting for technicians on-site.
• Manage work orders and cases within Salesforce to maintain clean data and minimal backlogs.
• Coordinate lift rentals and spare part logistics through the supply chain team.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with experience in Salesforce and broadcast equipment.
• Proven experience in field service operations and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with school administrators and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
