What you will do

• Own, build, and improve Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset for automated deployments across all environments
• Define release management processes, branching strategies, sandbox refreshes, and deployment governance
• Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including source control, automated testing, and code reviews
• Manage end-to-end release cycles from development to production with validation and rollback procedures
• Collaborate with developers, admins, Product, Support, and Implementation teams on deployments and troubleshooting
• Monitor org health, automate friction points, and contribute to post-incident improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years dedicated Salesforce DevOps experience, 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem (admin/developer/architect)
• Deep expertise in Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, metadata API, source-driven development
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Strong release management: environment strategy, sandbox management, Git branching, automated testing
• Salesforce fundamentals: Apex, SOQL, LWC for contributions outside releases
• Track record of regular production deployments and managing multiple environments

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated/enterprise environments with change management (CAB, ITSM)
• ISV managed package development and customer upgrade workflows
