What you will do

• Manage and maintain Salesforce deployment pipelines across LGY environments.
• Configure automated deployment processes for code and metadata.
• Support release deployments and troubleshoot failures.
• Coordinate promotions between development, testing, and production.
• Monitor pipeline performance and ensure compliance with OIT policies.
• Maintain documentation and work with teams for deployment-ready code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years supporting Salesforce development or deployment environments.
• Experience managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce environments and metadata management.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA or federal government systems.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT).
• Familiarity with AWS integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL change management.
