What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Solana programs using Anchor and native Rust
• Build Token-2022 integrations including transfer hooks, non-transferable tokens, and interest-bearing extensions
• Implement cross-chain bridges and messaging with Wormhole or similar protocols
• Develop SPL token programs with ACL-gated flows and compliance mint/burn mechanics
• Architect PDA systems for registries, whitelists, multisig, and permissioned accounts
• Collaborate with backend engineers on Node.js/TypeScript services and contribute to design docs and audits

Requirements

• 5+ years software development, 2+ years Solana program development
• Deep Solana knowledge: account model, PDAs, CPI, rent exemption, Anchor framework
• SPL Token and Token-2022 expertise including extensions and compute optimization
• Experience with Wormhole/Jupiter or similar protocols, durable nonces, ALTs
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js, REST APIs, unit/integration tests, CI/CD
• Strong communication to bridge blockchain and product needs

Nice to have

• Solidity/EVM experience (Hardhat, Foundry, ERC standards)
• EVM chains like Polygon, Avalanche; regulated token infra, KYC/AML
• DeFi protocols, dApp/wallet integrations, NestJS
