What you will do
- Design and develop backend systems primarily in APL, with growing C#/.NET components for architecture and cloud integration.
- Conduct code reviews, technical planning, and guide agile practices for reliable delivery.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver client-focused functionality with fast feedback loops.
- Drive code quality through unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and performance optimizations.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs using Git workflows in a continuous integration environment.
- Work with cross-located teams and communicate client requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Located in Copenhagen for hybrid work
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years software development experience with strong C#/.NET backend skills (APIs, services, integrations).
- Object-oriented design, architecture patterns, clean code, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with REST/streaming APIs and messaging patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, independent work, and clear communication in international teams.
Nice to have
- FinTech or regulated-industry experience.
- Exposure to vector-based or functional languages.
