TL;DR

Java Fullstack Developer (React/Java): Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, scalable APIs, and React/Next.js frontend applications with an accent on database optimization, security practices, and performance. Focus on integrating third-party services, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating for seamless component integration.

Location: Poland (remote or office option)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and scalable APIs for web applications.
  • Build React/Next.js based frontend applications.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing schemas for performance.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom APIs for frontend-backend communication.
  • Implement security best practices, conduct audits, and optimize code for speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA; use Git for version control and document systems.

Requirements

  • English at least B2.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Java server-side programming.
  • Thorough understanding of React/Next.js core principles, React router, hooks, Redux workflows, web performance, and security.
  • Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Proven experience in backend development and building scalable web applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Previous experience in frontend development with Docker.
  • Experience with NodeJS.
