What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and Business Analyst through full implementation lifecycle
• Own technical direction, making architectural and design decisions for backend and frontend
• Ensure technical coverage across backend (Java, Spring, Postgres, event-driven) and frontend (Flutter, React)
• Set code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid/junior developers
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Owner to translate requirements into solutions
• Contribute hands-on to development and communicate technical decisions in English to stakeholders

Requirements

• Min. 6 years commercial senior-level experience with tech lead/team lead track record
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java and Spring (Boot, MVC, Cloud)
• Experience with event-driven architecture (message brokers, async processing)
• Working knowledge of Postgres or similar relational DBs
• Experience with frontend technologies: Flutter, React, or both; fullstack capability preferred
• Experience leading/mentoring teams (architecture, reviews, coaching)
• Fluent English (spoken and written in professional settings)

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Prior fintech/banking domain experience
• Greenfield project experience
• Defining development standards for new organizations
