Senior Fullstack Engineer (Next.js)

Location: Remote. Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. What you will do

• Take ownership of core product components from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with the Product team to design scalable and maintainable architectures.
• Lead code reviews and ensure engineering best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster professional growth.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and improve the stability and scalability of high-traffic systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Next.js and 2+ years specifically with Next.js App Router.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ReactJS.
• Experience leading small teams in a continuous deployment environment.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare).
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in D2C SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Payload CMS.
• Exposure to performance marketing, customer funnel optimization, or rapid MVP cycles.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
