What you will do

• Own and continuously improve IT processes in the IT Applications domain, ensuring alignment across locations.
• Lead and develop a team of 120 employees, fostering agile culture and high performance.
• Introduce Kanban Flightlevel based on Atlassian Jira for transparency and steerability.
• Promote agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies, establishing new demand processes with business areas.
• Drive change management and transformation initiatives for process redesigns and organizational shifts.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methods, and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven leadership in multi-location or international environments.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
