What you will do

• Oversee the entire development process for HR modules: from feature discussions with product management to implementation, quality control, documentation, and support.
• Scale processes, train new developers, and improve daily organization in a fast-growing team.
• Handle 3rd level support for product errors, rectifying them in quarterly roll-up updates.
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones with team members to ensure job satisfaction and growth.
• Participate in hiring and contribute expertise on needed skills and team fit.
• Coordinate regularly online and travel occasionally to Microsoft headquarters.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in comprehensive employee management; no compromise.
• Expertise in managing software development, quality assurance, software lifecycle, or SaaS teams.
• Experience as HR team lead or Scrum Master ideal; project management a plus.
• Fluent German and English.
• Passion for team development and hands-on approach.
