Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Passionate about complex workflow tools for specialized end users
• Able to blend system-level thinking with tactical execution
• Passion for craft and high bar for visual design
• Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)
• Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of broad initiatives
