What you will do

• Negotiate cloud service agreements, terms, and discounts with vendors
• Manage vendor relationships as primary point of contact
• Draft, review, and manage cloud contracts for compliance
• Monitor procurement activities to meet cost and operational goals
• Collaborate with FinOps and engineering on procurement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 6+ years equivalent experience
• 7+ years in cloud services negotiations, terms, agreements, and discounts
• Experience managing vendors, drafting/reviewing contracts
• Active cloud certification from any major provider

Nice to have

• Advanced cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience with GSA or federal government procurement
