What you will do

• Facilitate accurate deviation load requests to distributors.
• Field questions and concerns on contract alignment and details.
• Collaborate across departments to verify internal information loads.
• Work with contract providers for program updates.
• Ensure distributors receive necessary contract pricing information for members.
• Support brands on contract inquiries and facilitate distributor communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with distributors and internal teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Adept at managing caseload and delegating.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
