What you will do

• Lead the Production Planning department and act as primary interface for planning topics within the site and with customers
• Review, optimize, and define parameters for demand planning and disposition of components and finished goods
• Ensure production availability to meet assembly and end-customer delivery requirements
• Manage shortage parts, monitor deadlines, and plan safety stock levels
• Coordinate production orders and align capacities with production areas
• Maintain master data and document processes, initiating SAP and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or engineering
• Several years of experience in production planning and disposition
• Strong knowledge of logistical processes and analytical skills
• Excellent SAP skills (modules PP, MM)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, structured working style, and strong communication skills
