What you will do

• Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners.
• Maintain contractual hotel allocations, last-minute availability, and portfolio availability.
• Work with hotels and Contracting Manager on special offers and promotions.
• Review, accept, or negotiate against stop sales and evaluate production for follow-up actions.
• Educate hotel partners on supplier interface, provide training, and ensure usage.
• Conduct competitiveness reports, price comparisons, and assist with contract mapping and activation.

Requirements

• English at an advanced level
• Commercial awareness in the travel industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using phone to negotiate with suppliers
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Numerically astute and able to work independently or in a team
