What you will do

• Act as primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning on goals, scope, and priorities
• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements
• Own project heartbeat including planning, prioritization, resource management, tracking, and reporting
• Drive full AI product lifecycle from PoC to production, ensuring robustness and scalability
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and identify risks early
• Maintain alignment between product vision and execution

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English; French strongly preferred
• 3-4 years in project management and 3-4 years in AI
• Strong technical foundation in AI/ML, understanding of ML streams, lifecycle, and production challenges
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML products from prototype to production
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder collaboration, and managing complex environments
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related

• Domain expertise in formulation, chemistry, or Fragrance & Flavor industry
