What you will do
- Own full due diligence for new markets: competitive analysis, regulatory review, commercial sizing, and investment thesis development.
- Lead end-to-end market launches: hire local teams, secure pharmacy partners, manage workstreams to first patient acquisition.
- Scale launched markets: own P&L, run funnel experiments, hire/develop talent, and drive OKR accountability.
- Operate with high autonomy across market selection, launch, and scaling phases as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- 2+ years in high-pressure environments like MBB consulting, investment banking, law, or 3+ years as operator in high-growth startup
- Commercial modelling from scratch with explicit assumptions.
- Business due diligence, market research, and structured go/no-go recommendations.
- Negotiation experience with partners, suppliers, pharma companies.
- Project management of complex cross-functional workstreams.
- Strong communication for investment theses and slide decks; founder mindset with resilience.

- Data & SQL skills for querying, dashboards, and assumption testing.
