€7,408 - €10,582 (scale 11) gross monthly for 36-hour week

What you will do

  • Define and realize technical delivery for Area IAM Foundation across five DevOps squads.
  • Build and strengthen technical capabilities, fostering engineering culture and DevOps maturity.
  • Ensure IAM standards, policies, and security are followed across the technology stack.
  • Drive the IAM roadmap by delivering required technical capabilities.
  • Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and end-to-end responsibility to stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Owners and Solution Architects to execute technical vision.

Requirements

  • Academic thinking level, preferably Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 10+ years relevant work experience, including Simplify@Scale environment.
  • Experience leading onshore/offshore DevOps teams; at least 10 years managerial experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with IT management and software development processes.
