What you will do

  • Coach engineers at all levels, build individual development plans, and foster a culture of continuous feedback and psychological safety.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, address underperformance, and champion diverse team culture.
  • Evolve squad planning and execution (Scrum, Kanban), remove impediments, and drive excellence in code quality, observability, and delivery pace using metrics.
  • Co-own engineering-wide initiatives including hiring, onboarding, AI tool adoption, security practices, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and cultural awareness for European markets.
  • 5+ years as Software Engineer + 2–3 years in formal management with direct reports.
  • Track record of developing engineers and overhauling ways of working with measurable impact.
  • Strong communication to align technical and business stakeholders across Product, Design, and Data.

Nice to have

  • Background in Java/Kotlin, cloud infrastructure, or modern mobile development.
  • Experience integrating AI tools responsibly in high-growth product companies.
  • Passion for energy transition and electric mobility.
