What you will do

  • Manage daily workflows for partner coordination queues, monitor volumes, reallocate work, and ensure SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise hourly specialists, set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s, provide real-time coaching, and handle onboarding, training, and corrective actions.
  • Review performance reports, use data for coaching and prioritization, flag trends or risks to leadership, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform quality checks, address errors, step into production during peaks, and support process or system changes including feedback and rollout.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-volume operations with 3+ years people supervision (healthcare tech, prior authorization, or pharmacy preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience supervising front-line teams, managing SLAs, productivity targets, and delivering structured coaching.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability in fast-paced settings, clear communication, and mission alignment with patient outcomes.
