TL;DR

Security Systems Solutions Engineer (AI) (Physical Security Technology): Designing, integrating, and supporting enterprise physical security systems across access control, video management, visitor management, and cloud-based analytics with an accent on API integrations, ETL workflows, and system optimization. Focus on automating repetitive processes, engineering scalable security solutions, and improving reliability across large multi-site deployments.

Location: Remote, based in the United States; regional travel of approximately 15% required

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

Research, evaluate, select, and implement emerging security technologies.
Architect, configure, maintain, and integrate access control, video management, visitor management, and related security platforms.
Design and manage ETL workflows that transform security-system data into business intelligence insights.
Program, troubleshoot, monitor, back up, and optimize enterprise security applications in a cloud-based environment.
Design and deploy automation solutions, upgrades, enhancements, and migrations to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Partner with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders while managing concurrent technical initiatives.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience programming and administering enterprise-wide physical security systems in large-scale, multi-site deployments.
At least 3 years of experience integrating security systems across multiple platforms, including API-based integrations and data exchange workflows.
Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification.
Experience with access control, video management systems, visitor management, cloud-based camera analytics, and AI-driven security technologies.
Technical degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, and/or relevant industry certifications.
Strong project management, communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

Studio production, entertainment, or technology industry experience.
