Location: Onsite full-time in Boise, ID (12639 W Explorer Dr #100). Rotating or fixed shifts 40 hours/week between 8 AM-7 PM MST Mon-Fri, plus 1 Saturday shift every 4 weeks (7 AM-3 PM MST). Mandatory training first 6-8 weeks 8 AM-4 PM MST.

What you will do

• Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely to meet client expectations
• Triage rejected insurance claims to determine patient benefits coverage
• Maintain compliance with patient assistance program guidelines
• Document all information and research findings per operating procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and proprietary data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, pharmacy, compliance, and engineering

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license OR Pharmacy Technician in Training License in Idaho, registered with Idaho Board of Pharmacy
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• One year pharmacy experience resolving third-party claims
• Healthcare industry experience with claims background
• Strong verbal/written communication, attention to detail, operational focus
• Technical aptitude to learn complex software; team collaboration skills
