Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base

What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of product features from concept to production
• Lead frontend technically (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and contribute to backend (Python/Django, APIs)
• Design high-quality, intuitive UX for enterprise users
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to turn feedback into improvements
• Define technical direction and best practices as the team scales
• Build fast, reliable, scalable systems in a high-growth environment

Requirements

• 5+ years in full-stack or product-focused engineering
• Strong frontend: React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks
• Backend: Python, Django, APIs
• Experience building/scaling B2B or enterprise products
• Product mindset, high bar for UX, performance, code quality
• Operate as technical lead on frontend independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML (OpenAI, Anthropic)
