What you will do

• Define and evolve the ML/LLM strategy and technology roadmap for the agentic execution platform.
• Lead the full lifecycle from research and experimentation through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Design LLM operations within agent workflows, including multi-agent orchestration and memory management.
• Establish end-to-end quality evaluation systems, connecting model performance to task success and system-level outcomes.
• Architect scalable ML systems for regulated environments, including on-premise, air-gapped, and secure cloud setups.
• Mentor engineers and researchers to elevate ML rigor and system-level thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in machine learning, including building and deploying applied ML systems in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java or C++ in systems contexts.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, multimodal systems, or deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop system design.
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade AI/agent-based applications at scale.
• Experience deploying ML systems in regulated or constrained environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, RLHF, or synthetic data approaches.
• Experience building AI/ML platforms that support the full model lifecycle.
• Expertise in optimizing ML inference for real-time or resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
