What you will do

• Collect and ship patient laboratory specimens in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct patient vital signs, health assessments, TB testing, and blood draws.
• Manage monthly patient lists for medical testing and coordinate laboratory results.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure a sanitary, safe work environment.
• Assist in the scheduling of annual physicals and medical exams.
• Provide consultation to the clinical team regarding lab testing and patient issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and standard medical assistant/phlebotomist procedures.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage physical demands including prolonged standing and exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
