Location: Phoenix / Chandler, AZ (onsite). Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona required.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and code review on all structural engineering projects.
• Mentor and train design staff while establishing standards, practices, and specifications.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, reviewing designs, as-builds, submittals, and directing revisions.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical teams, consultants, contractors, and code officials.
• Participate in client meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and propose value engineering ideas.
• Interpret specifications, provide real-time technical advice, cost estimates, and ensure information flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in relevant Engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience (8+ preferred); Licensed PE in Arizona.
• Authorized to work in the United States (Citizen or GC holder).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of design standards, principles, and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks under pressure, work in teams, and in clean room environments.
