Location: Must be based in the UK (Field-based role with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000–£58,000 per year + On Call Payment

What you will do
- Support end-to-end project delivery from site surveys and scoping to final commissioning.
- Install and commission AC and DC EV chargers in compliance with BS 7671 standards.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnose complex technical faults on chargers and network connectivity systems.
- Maintain accurate records and snagging reports using digital CMMS tools.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rota to provide rapid technical support.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certification.
- Valid ECS or CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
- Strong experience in commercial or industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Inspection and Testing qualification.
- C and G 2919 EV Installation certification.
- Experience with DC rapid chargers (e.g., ABB, Kempower, Alpitronic).
- Knowledge of OCPP, Modbus, and network architecture.
- Experience with CMMS or helpdesk ticketing systems.
