What you will do

• Set up and configure GeniusIQ software for live games according to specific requirements.
• Track and confirm events like dead-balls, stoppage time, teams, lineups, players, and markings.
• Monitor live ball situations, report issues to managers, and perform marking tasks for accuracy.
• Lead a group of operators to run and monitor 1-2 football games per shift.
• Conduct trainings for newly signed operators.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and ability to focus in loud, distracting environments
• Extremely punctual; shifts start near game time, including early mornings, late nights, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Excellent communication under pressure; collaborate with remote colleagues during live events
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites, especially Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in leading, training others, or reporting desirable
• Adaptable, proactive, confident, with strong team spirit and self-accountability
