hirify.global builds mobile and cloud solutions for real-time property data in PropTech, with flagship product Happy Property managing over 5 million units.

What you will do

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person events, conferences, and field marketing programs
  • Maintain event calendars, project timelines, internal systems, and documentation
  • Provide day-of support for virtual and in-person events
  • Manage event inventory, booth assets, swag, printed materials, shipping, and delivery
  • Support end-to-end webinar execution including registration pages, attendee workflows, communications, live support, and post-event materials
  • Track event expenses, organize invoices and receipts

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or related role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to tie event efforts to measurable outcomes
  • Experience coordinating webinars, trade shows, or customer events
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones in a global environment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with event tools, Notion, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset with desire to learn and grow
