TL;DR
Strategic Project Manager (ERP Automation): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products with an accent on process reimagination, technical integration, and customer success. Focus on designing scalable solutions, collaborating with engineering on system adaptations, and driving deep product adoption through tailored plans.
Location: Remotely from Germany or Austria following minimum one-month onboarding at HQ in Zurich; highly encouraged (financially supported) monthly visits to Zurich; onsite options in Cologne or Munich.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end implementation journey from client requirements to delivery, satisfaction, and improvement.
- Design scalable, tailored solutions aligning with customer workflows and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and integrate with existing systems.
- Serve as trusted client partner, anticipating needs and maximizing automation potential.
- Work with sales on implementation plans to drive product adoption.
- Feed customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English with excellent communication for native-speaking clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- Excellent project management skills for multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, ownership, growth mindset, problem-solving, customer-first mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS.
- Hands-on with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
