Salesforce Administrator (UK based): Improving current Salesforce instance by designing and building new features with declarative and code-based solutions with an accent on automation, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing initiatives. Focus on administering user setups, flows automation, custom objects, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and Salesforce teams.

Location: Remote (UK only). This position is remotely based in the UK only. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

What you will do

• Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows automation, and custom objects.
• Document and develop project plans, requirements, and technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
• Work cross-functionally with business teams and stakeholders to enhance automation and data-driven initiatives.
• Track and communicate expectations, support existing applications and third-party systems.
• Define, model, build, and test new functionality, workflows, and custom-built features.
• Apply strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (required); Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
• Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data integration tools, ETL, Data Loader.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator; experience in CRM platforms design/development/implementation.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification.
• Experience with Heroku, Conga, Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud, Case Management.
• Experience in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition organizations.
