What you will do

  • Develop reward programs to encourage exemplary behavior on Discord, Twitter, and the Feedback forum.
  • Identify and optimize product onboarding points to better integrate users into the community.
  • Promote the brand via community support, event engagement, and content distribution.
  • Design and build automation tooling to increase the efficiency of community management.
  • Engage and grow the company's nascent open-source community.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Strong empathy and experience collaborating across different organizational functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate ambiguity within an early-stage startup environment.
  • Grit and a problem-solving mindset to implement, scale, and iterate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective implementation and cross-team coordination.
