What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs (REST/GraphQL/SOAP), data pipelines, and webhooks.
• Implement event-based integrations using message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or serverless models (Azure Event Grid, Logic Apps).
• Collaborate with architects and product managers on integration contracts, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Build middleware connectors for CRM, ERP, billing platforms, and vendor marketplaces.
• Ensure secure, scalable, observable flows with logging, retries, and alerting.
• Contribute to documentation, test cases, agile sprints, code reviews, and planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software development focused on system integrations or API/middleware
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, XML
• Experience with Azure services: Logic Apps, Function Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, integration patterns (Pub/Sub, Webhooks, Retry Policies)
• Proficiency in backend languages: C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with API management tools (Azure API Management, Postman, Swagger Hub), Git, CI/CD

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with SaaS vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Salesforce)
• Familiarity with iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Data Factory)
• Background in enterprise integrations (ERP, CRM, billing)
• Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS)
• Knowledge of data transformation and ETL
