What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to hand-off, creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
• Build intuitive real-time market data visualizations like charts, option chains, and heatmaps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate based on retail trader feedback.
• Build and maintain scalable design system for consistency and rapid engineering iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design feasibility, implementation, and user advocacy.
• Design gamification features to reward user participation and community interaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in fintech, trading platforms, or high-traffic consumer social apps.
• Strong portfolio showcasing typography, color theory, layout, complex data visualization, and mobile-first design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (primary tool).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, defending choices with data and logic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for fully remote global collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Interest in stock market, crypto, personal finance, or r/hirify.global culture.
• Motion design experience with After Effects or Lottie for micro-interactions.
• Basic HTML/CSS/React knowledge for design feasibility.
• Web3/DeFi design experience.
