Art Director (Experiential)

Location: Remote - GMR

Annual salary: $80,000–$95,000, depending on experience

What you will do

• Set the visual direction, mood, point of view, and aesthetic language for major campaigns and brand touchpoints.
• Translate concepts across 2D, 3D, experiential, digital, and physical spaces.
• Create sketches, collages, mood boards, AI imagery, presentations, and visual systems to make ideas tangible.
• Art direct photoshoots and video production from pre-production through final delivery, including composition, lighting, styling, casting, and location decisions.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Design Directors, and strategists to shape concepts and establish campaign direction.
• Mentor emerging talent, provide feedback, and lead collaborative creative teams.

Requirements

• Professional art direction experience in an agency, production, or integrated creative environment.
• Expert-level sketching and rapid visualization skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Experience developing visual systems, presentations, and campaign-level creative direction.
• Experience art directing photo and video production at a high level.
• Portfolio or work samples are required for consideration.
