Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design (AI)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, or Poland

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s visual identity, brand system, guidelines, design systems, and documentation across all teams and touchpoints.
• Set the creative direction and quality standards for digital, social, web, video, motion, editorial, and selected ATL work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Design team while assessing future permanent, freelance, and AI-enabled capacity.
• Build scalable intake, briefing, prioritization, service-level, review, template, and workflow systems with Brand and Marketing Operations.
• Build an AI-native production pipeline with defined use cases, quality gates, brand guardrails, templates, and tools.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, copywriters, strategists, and senior stakeholders from concept through delivery across multiple parallel projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer and 4+ years as a design leader responsible for a team of three or more.
• Experience building customer-facing technology brands or consumer digital products at scale, including brand systems and key visual directions.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, polished visual and motion work, editorial, digital, social formats, campaigns, and shipped brand assets.
• Demonstrated AI design fluency, including shipped AI-native workflows, quality standards, and production output.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with experience creating scalable tools, templates, guidelines, and team workflows.
• Fluent English required. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.

• Experience with sponsorship, partnership, or event-led brand work at scale.
• Deep motion design experience or experience directing motion specialists.
• Experience partnering with product design teams on a shared brand system.
