What you will do

• Build gameplay systems and tools that enable new narrative workflows and faster iteration for creators.
• Collaborate with narrative teams to translate creative needs into intuitive technical tooling.
• Develop Unreal Engine integrations and hooks for analysis, validation, and experimentation.
• Prototype AI-native gameplay mechanics that balance authorial intent with emergence and reactivity.
• Create debugging and diagnostics workflows to make complex AI systems transparent and easy to iterate on.
• Integrate tools directly into real game development pipelines rather than isolated demos.

Requirements

• Strong gameplay engineering experience and excellent C++ skills.
• Professional experience working in Unreal Engine.
• Ability to translate creative goals into technical solutions through cross-discipline collaboration.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building editor tools or content workflows in Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with language models (LLMs), AI tooling, evaluation, or human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience with narrative systems, quest pipelines, or creator-driven game features.
• Python experience or interest in working across engine and services.
