What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain real-time gameplay AI systems using Unreal Engine.
• Own AI behaviors end-to-end from architecture to optimization in-game.
• Collaborate with gameplay, animation, technical design, and programming teams.
• Optimize AI for performance, CPU usage, behavior LOD, and scalability.
• Prototype and iterate quickly on AI behaviors.
• Identify, fix bugs, and improve stability; contribute to code quality and reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• At least 5 years of programming experience.
• Strong C++ skills applied to game AI.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine AI systems.
• Solid understanding of gameplay design principles and AI implementation.
• Multiplayer game development experience.
• Ability to debug, analyze, and optimize complex systems.
