What you will do

• Take ownership of game AI systems to drive them to final production quality.
• Create, maintain, and improve AI engine features including behavior trees, navigation systems, and character controllers.
• Support game teams in developing workflows for specific AI features like combat spawning and rule-based group behaviors.
• Collaborate with other AI programmers and designers to bring NPCs to life.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in C++.
• Proven experience with game AI systems such as Behavior trees and NavMesh.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines, from art to design.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Finland.
