What you will do

• Engineer a custom-built double-entry ledger system to ensure absolute financial integrity across the platform.
• Design and scale lending infrastructure, including credit disbursements and automated loan management lifecycles.
• Implement robust integrations with payment gateways and banking partners with a focus on 99.99% reliability.
• Develop high-trust, secure user interfaces for payments and lending to simplify complex financial actions.
• Mentor the team through rigorous code reviews and comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with a heavy focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Postgres, AWS, React, and TypeScript.
• Direct experience in Fintech or Payments, specifically with ledgers or payment processors.
• Expert-level SQL skills and relational database design for high-load environments.
