What you will do

• Monitor and interpret regulations from SEC, BOT, and AMLO to assess impact on products and operations.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing processes, including submissions and regulator communications.
• Develop and maintain internal compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Represent the company in regulatory dialogues, consultations, and industry engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in regulatory advisory, licensing, or compliance within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of Thai SEC, BOT, and AMLO regulations covering digital assets and payments.
• Experience managing licensing applications or preparing regulatory submissions.
• Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, digital assets, CEX operations, or regional fintech.
• Familiarity with stablecoins and digital asset infrastructure.
• Native or fluent Thai language.
• Previous involvement in regulatory inspections or audits.
