What you will do

• Analyze risk profiles of high-risk individuals with comprehensive data and documentation.
• Lead investigations into sanctions lists, PEPs, and associates.
• Record investigations, risk decisions, and evidence for regulatory traceability.
• Escalate complex cases or suspicious activities internally.
• Conduct peer reviews and assess quality of remediations and screenings via four-eye principle.
• Drive team efficiency with task schedules and deadline management.
• Update internal KYC guidelines to align with regulations.

Requirements

• Solid background in KYC/AML with focus on EDD, ODD, Sanctions/PEP/Adverse Media screening, ideally in Fintech/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime risks.
• Sharp attention to detail for identifying risks and suspicious patterns.
• Self-starter able to manage priorities and make risk-based decisions.
• High professional integrity and confidentiality with sensitive data.
• Fluent in English for clear reports and discussions.
