What you will do

• Develop React web applications, native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps serving millions of patient consultations
• Build real-time chat, video/voice interfaces, and medical data visualization for AI doctor interactions
• Create complex forms for medical history, EHR data display with FHIR, document generation, and multi-language support
• Implement shared component libraries, design systems, and embeddable web products for partners
• Optimize for sub-second load times, offline-first architecture, and WCAG/HIPAA compliance
• Own features end-to-end with high autonomy, using AI coding tools in an engineering-first org

Requirements

• CS degree or equivalent expertise; preference for top programs, startup/founding experience
• 5+ years frontend engineering with production React at scale
• Native mobile development experience (Swift for iOS and/or Kotlin for Android)
• Modern JavaScript/TypeScript, state management (Redux/Context), RESTful APIs, real-time data
• Strong UI/UX for healthcare, responsive design, performance optimization, WCAG accessibility
• Independent problem solver with cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, regulated industries, or HIPAA compliance
• Real-time chat/messaging, video/voice (WebRTC), embeddable widgets/SDKs
• Healthcare workflows, patient portals, Seed/Series A startup experience
• Advanced CS/HCI degree
