We are a licensed online betting and casino operator in South Africa, building a premium entertainment platform focused on VIP players, speed, security, and high-quality service.
About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist (Middle) to develop and manage CRM campaigns, improve player communication, and optimize retention strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across all channels
- Launch and analyze email campaigns
- Segment users and personalize коммуникации
- Manage B2C touchpoints (including call center)
- Analyze data (conversion, lifecycle, player behavior)
- Prepare monthly communication calendar
- Control website content and marketing materials
- Support digital assets and collaborate with CS (social media)
- Analyze marketing metrics (conversion rate, web analytics)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / technical role in iGaming / casino
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Experience with CRM automation, segmentation, and personalization
- Knowledge of player databases and analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and lifecycle management
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented

Tools & Skills:
- CRM systems (Solitics / Optimove / Customer.io or similar)
- SQL / Excel / Google Analytics / Amplitude / Looker Studio
- Basic HTML/CSS
- API integrations (payments, KYC, affiliate systems)
- GDPR / POPIA understanding
