What you will do

• Support the execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of company-wide digitalization projects.
• Implement process automation using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for Machine Learning and Computer Vision applications.
• Manage requirements and conduct cross-functional feasibility studies on digitalization and AI.
• Handle strategic communication and change management for AI enablement and learning.
• Prepare and follow up on project meetings in collaboration with the PMO.

Requirements

• Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (Master’s preferred).
• Interest in project management (SCRUM, agile), process management, and digitalization.
• Affinity for new technologies, especially in the fields of AI.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• For non-EU citizens: Valid residence permit required.
