• Forecast customer order volumes based on market research and available data.
• Optimize shipping schedules and workforce planning based on analysis results.
• Build and maintain a cross-departmental information-sharing framework.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above.
• Proficiency in Japanese communication (N1).
• At least 2 years of experience in production control or order management.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong logical thinking and experience in analyzing numerical data.
